Swiss International Airlines is the national airline of Switzerland. It serves over 100 destinations in 43 countries around the world for more than a million passengers per year by its big fleet that consists of 91 aircraft.
Swiss Air is a member of Star Alliance and a part of the Lufthansa Group. It is divided into Swiss International Airlines and the Swiss Air freight Swiss WorldCargo based at Zurich airport. Swiss WorldCargo is a service provider that you can trust; it offers many solutions in transporting anything around 130 destinations in more than 84 countries and always presents the “SWISS quality” to its air freight customers.

Swiss International Airlines Baggage Allowance

Carry-ons:
First and Business Class: 2 hand luggages up to 8 kg each.
Economy Class: 1 hand luggage up to 8 kg.
The dimensions of all hand luggage must not exceed 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
Handbag, laptop bag or shoulder bag (max. 40 x 30 x 10 cm).
Some restrictions: Flight to USA and Italy may let the First and Business passenger check the second luggage. Flights to South Africa may let the Economy passenger check the second carry on item. These restrictions require extra charges.
Checked baggages:
First Class: 3 baggages up to 32 kg each.
Business Class: 2 baggages up to 32 kg each.
Economy Class: 1 baggage up to 23 kg.
The dimensions of all baggage must not exceed 158 cm in size (width + height + depth).
Any extra baggages will be transported as excess baggage with additional charges.
Frequent flyer, HON Circle Senator STAR Gold traveler and SWISS Gold traveler will benefit from additional baggages for free.
