SriLankan Airlines Check-in Information

SriLankan airlines offer online check-in on the official website and mobile app between 48 hours and 2 hours before flight departure. You may also choose your seat and print your boarding pass through this service.

Passengers with only hand luggage can head directly to the boarding gate with the e-boarding pass 45 minutes before departure time.

For passengers with checked baggage, they should head to the Baggage Drop-Off / Online Check-in Counter with the e-boarding pass 90 minutes before departure time. 

Note:

  • Check-in counters at the airport close 1 hour prior to departure
  • Checking in through the mobile app is only available in English

Passengers flying from several cities including Kuwait, Jeddah, Muscat, Qatar, and Riyadh are required to present the boarding pass at the airport check-in counter instead of the soft copy issued by the web check-in.
