Dated facility. Pool area looked as if never cleaned, air system in pool area insufficient so a lot of condensation. Room was very dated.

Everything was great. Staff was kind and room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing that had us wondering afterward was that we were directed toward the stairs for our room. We never seen an elevator (but also didn’t look for it).
If you need one, be sure to ask if they have one! (ADA or large luggage)

Carpet dirty and stained. Our room was on the first floor which is actually the basement level. Room had foul odor. Towels were stained and looked like they had been used to wipe up something off of the floor. We won't stay there again.

I did a booking on Expedia and did a pay at the hotel when I called the hotel to let them know. I need a room where there's no stairs. They said that they could accommodate to it and they didn't. I am not allowed to do stairs. Regularly, and I had to do a whole bunch of stairs, just to get to the room.
