Great location near O2 arena with comfortable rooms.
The rooms smell bad
Change twice but still had a smell from drains
The delux room is basic so standard must be bad
Not 4 star hotel more like 3
Reception looks 4 start rooms 3 star
Shower good
Comfy but hard bed, flat pillows, good location to O2 (20 min walk or 4 minute Uber). Cleaning could be better - limescale and dirt around the shower screen. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Communal areas were messy (lots of laundry bags and rubbish bags). Fine for a brief stay after a concert but probably wouldn’t return otherwise.
Terrible night sleep. The hotel is next to a busy main road but doesn’t have sound proof windows! We also had a whining noise in the cupboard next to our room which was going the whole time. I was offered a reduced rate upgrade in the week before our stay, I accepted it. Got to the hotel, no availability. Why offer it if you can’t fulfil it?
Overall a pretty dreadful stay.
Overall not a bad stay, great location, good customer service and a pleasant nights sleep
Best bits - shower & pillows
Worst bits - smell when we entered room, dust in room (windowsill, tissue box in bathroom)
Bit disappointing for what we paid for our 1 night stay (which was more than average)
A nice looking hotel both inside and out with matching cleanliness. Would be 5 stars all across the board if not for the difficulty to communicate with the staff and the run down looking surroundings.
The Hotel was very nice! Clean and quiet. I walked there from the o2 which was a bit annoying due to the construction work between there.
The staff were really helpful and friendly.
