We booked the hotel to attend a music concert at the Futurascope Arena.
The hotel is clean and tidy with excellent facilities. The bar has tables with games on them which was a unique touch.
Check-in was easy, staff where very friendly and efficient.
Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. The only downsides were that their were no drink making facilities in the room and the bathroom and toilet area were tired.
We would use the hotel again.

I only took this hotel, because I am used to make a stop at Futuroscope. I found the personelle rather unfriendly and partly incompitent. I was disappointed that on saturdays and subraya no meals are served.
When we arrived, the two young ladies on reception (one on Ibis, one on Ibis Budget) both insisted that I needed to have a sheet of paper to be able to check in. (Bond du something). The booking number or my noame were worthless. Gallic shrugs all round.
Eventually, I said I had not booked as a package with our Futuroscope tickets, and smiles and dcomprehension dawned, our number was looked up, my name was there.
Really, these receptionists should not assume everyone has booked a Futuroscope package. I only realised those were available after booking the hotel. I would have printed out everything I was sent, so was mystified that a non-existent piece of paper was vital. This was very upsetting after a long drive, to think we had nowhere to sleep!
After that, all was perfect.
5 mins walk to the theme park and easy parking.
So Ibis group generally is ok for the price you pay, but this particular hotel sorry to say but is not. The rooms need to be updated, maybe like the Ibis Bordeaux Lac, they are really nice, and also we cannot understand why staff don’t speak English?! At dinner time me and my wife manage to order food in Spanish because even the menu was in French?! And about allergies could be very tricky as well. This is not the first time we see French staff in hotels that don’t say a word of English, why? If in Portugal you don’t talk English you never get chance to be in touch with hotel customers, but in France seems ok for them, not get the point really.
