located in an industrial area. McDonald's right next door. Don't waste your money on the breakfast, it was terrible with absolutely no selection. What a waste of money. Could have went across the parking lot to the McDonalds and gotten a hot breakfast for half the price they charged for cold cereal, hard bread and yogurt. Area has nothing to do around it, so only good if you have a car to get around. Wouldn't stay there again.

Good location,easy to find. A fast efficient check in- we were allowed in an hour early. Good restaurant La Boucherie next door. 5 mins drive to the ferry port. Would highly recommend. Friendly staff

Helpful staff, someone on reception when we arrived late at night. Very close to Ferry Port and easy to find. Good breakfast. Very clean room and extremely comfortable bed. Would recommend for an overnight stay when arriving in France on the Newhaven Ferry. Will definitely use this hotel again.
