• Tamara will only be available as a payment method for stays & flights within a set price range.
• The minimum booking amount is SAR 50 and the maximum is SAR 50,000.
• Tamara can be used as a payment method for both online and offline bookings. Same price limitations applies.
• Tamara can be used along with voucher codes, Almosafer Points and other available loyalty programmes on your flight bookings, but Almosafer reserves the right to change this condition at any time without prior notice.
• The approval of payments and the number of instalments through Tamara are at Tamara’s sole discretion. Almosafer has no control over any rejections or failures using Tamara as a payment method.
• You can earn Almosafer Points on flight bookings paid for through Tamara.
• Tamara cannot be used in conjunction with bank instalments or credit card payments.
• Tamara’s “processing fee” will be refundable for failed bookings.
• Tamara’s “processing fee” will be partially refundable for cancelled bookings.
• In case of cancellations or amendments, all eligible Tamara refunds will be processed through Tamara. Almosafer will notify Tamara to refund the customer with the eligible amount.
• Almosafer reserves the right to amend or cancel this programme at its sole discretion.
• Almosafer will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, misuse or unauthorised access occurring in connection with Tamara payments or any action or decision made by you in reliance on the information with regard to Tamara usage on the Almosafer website and app.
