- For flight delays, eligibility applies only if the delay is announced after booking, within 24 hours of departure, and if it exceeds 60 minutes.
- For flight cancellations, eligibility applies only if the cancellation is announced after booking and within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
- The credit value is as follows:
- 500 Almosafer Points for domestic flight disruptions.
-1,000 Almosafer Points for international flight disruptions. - Coverage does not apply to schedule changes announced more than 24 hours before the original departure time.
- The credit is granted per booking, regardless of the trip type or number of passengers.
- The credit amount will be directly credited to the Wallet and is non-refundable in cash.
- Customers must have a verified Almosafer account to receive the points.
- The points are valid for 2 months from the date they are credited.
