For flight delays, eligibility applies only if the delay is announced after booking, within 24 hours of departure, and if it exceeds 60 minutes.
For flight cancellations, eligibility applies only if the cancellation is announced after booking and within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
The credit value is as follows:
- 500 Almosafer Points for domestic flight disruptions.
-1,000 Almosafer Points for international flight disruptions.
Coverage does not apply to schedule changes announced more than 24 hours before the original departure time.
This product is an add-on service and must be purchased in conjunction with a valid flight booking.
The credit is granted per booking, regardless of the trip type or number of passengers.
The credit amount will be directly credited to the Wallet and is non-refundable in cash.
This add-on product is only available for the following airlines:
Flynas, Flyadeal, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Air Arabia Egypt, Air Arabia, Jazeera Airways, Flydubai, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways, Gulf Air, and Emirates.
Customers must have a verified Almosafer account to receive the points.
The points are valid for 2 months from the date they are credited.
