Great hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the reception boy Ibrahim and canteen boy Mohammed, they provide excellent service to guest. The location is good, 2 minutes walk to bikini beach. From the balcony can see the beautiful view of the blue sea. Spacious and clean room. The food is very tasty. Fantastic experience. I had 5 nights at White Shell and 1 night at Seven Corals, which was 20$ more expensive than White Shell. White Shell is value for money. Rooms and hotel-building is in very good quality and rooms are cleaned and smell fresh (unlike alot other hotel rooms in Maafushi apperently). The service from staff is very good and very helpful. Can only recommend this place if staying at Maafushi.

This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal. To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 24 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. At check-in, guests must provide a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. Guests can reach this property by boarding the 90-minute public ferry (surcharge) at the Villigili Ferry Terminal at the south harbor in Male at 3 PM. Ferry service is not available on Fridays. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory one-way transfer fees for guests ages 11-17.

General description

As per the amendments to the Tourism Act issued by the Maldivian Government, applicable to all travellers arriving in the Maldives from 1 January 2025, the green tax payable by travellers upon arrival at hotels (including tourist resorts, tourist hotels, hotels, tourist guest houses, tourist vessels) has been increased from USD 6.00 to USD 12.00 per person per day.
Travellers staying in tourist guesthouses and hotels on inhabited islands with 50 (fifty) rooms or less will pay USD 6.00 per person.

Kindly note that import of all vape products and individual parts of vape devices is to be made illegal from November 15, 2024, onwards. Additionally, the use, possession, production, sale, advertisement, and distribution of all vape products will be banned from December 15, 2024.

Travellers cannot bring cigarettes of any amount while arriving to the Maldives.
But they allow a packet (1 packet) which is used and in your hand. (Not a carton).
