My stay at Portman was perfect! Besides its excellent location and elegant decor, the staff was incredibly lovely and cordial. Their hospitality and courtesy were superb. I would like to give my special thanks to Helen who patiently helped me solve my issues and accommodated my requests. With utmost kindness, she continuously ensured that my 8-day stay at Portman was joyful. She also updated me about the fast-changing nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and boutiques. My room was constantly crystal clean with pink roses and everything was perfectly placed.
Therefore, I will definitely stay at Portman again when I come back to Shanghai next time.
