Grounds were trashy and kept. The areas outside the rooms were also trashed and unkept. The room was OK but simple.

Filthy, roaches, advertised as with a pool but it was in disrepair, no office worker after 9 pm, no security, the room stank of drugs, the a/c didnt work well, SMOKE DETECTOR HAD BEEN REMOVED and was missing, no shampoo like every other hotel I have ever stayed at in any price point, was obvious this was a place rented out to persons who live in hotels. Outside had running water all over the sidewalks that smelled like sewage. Was up until midnight due to thundering live music at some festival next to us. Nasty place. Not advertised as it truly is. Got there and office person said there was no handicap rooms available on ground level (requested for 80 yr old wheelchair bound mother) except smoking room. Have an idea every room was a smoking room. Room given to us was all the way on back side of complex, and it also had not been mowed this year. Trash all over parking lot. Water running all over not just on sidewalks.

The motel is not a place to take your family. Not safe. The property is not kept up. At check-in I asked the employee Amanda if this was a safe place to stay, that it looked questionable to me. She told me I would not like the room and if I reached at yo Expedia/Hotels. Com, She would not charge the cancelation fee.
There were no other rooms available in a 120 mile radius due to the flooding. I ended up leaving and driving 3 hours to the closest room I could find in Ft. Worth.
I could not get ahold of Expedia/Hotes.com
There was only an email address for help. The email
Was sent, but I am still waiting to hear back, so I still don’t know if I was charged for the hotel.

The room had roaches in it. It was absolutely disgusting. We didn't even stay the whole time. We left early, we were so grossed out.

I do not think it is a safe and comfort place to stay for there. A lot foreigner workers staying and drinking in front of rooms.
