Sonder Lafayette Square

Excellent accommodation! Great location!

There could be more directions on what other businesses are near the actual entrance. It was hard to see with all of the parade happenings out on the street, but there was a nice local that assisted us. What I took the most issue with was the presentation of the property considering how much we paid. The kitchen trash can was broken with sharp pieces sticking out. There was a long sharp piece sticking out of the sofa bed. I was afraid to use it because it appeared to be broken. The sofa was stained in several places. The pictures on all of the walls were crooked. All of the bathroom light fixtures were rusted as well as the air conditioner vent (probably due to moisture). There was NO hot water to shower. The walls need touch up paint and the sheets need to be replaced. One sheet was ripped and the other had makeup stains. I’m happy to provide photos if you would like to see what I’m referring to. Overall this was not the quality I was expecting and I was uncomfortable staying here. It seems nice and clean at first glance but it was absolutely not.

What can I say about this spot?! My second time staying here and we LOVE IT!!! We arrived Cmas Eve pulled right up to on street parking in front of our property. Left the car for 4 days with no issues. Sandwiches between 2 great spots we had no problem finding cocktails and food. An easy walk to Bourbon, on the trolley line and great coffee shops. The space itself so much room great lighting but the best part is the huge outdoor space that you can access from both bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for a home away from home. The only place I want to stay in NEW ORLEANS

This space was absolutely stunning! The terrace was massive and so lovely. It was a great location right outside of the hustle and bustle, easy to walk to the local attractions or get a cheap Uber.

The location was great, two spots across the street for a quick bite, cafe style. Small store next door to pick up snacks. No No TV in bedroom which would have been good to lounge in bed

Beautiful property in downtown New Orleans. 4 min walk from french quarter. The balcony was great, we used it every night. Very spacious apartment for my mom me and my boyfriend. It was our first time to New Orleans and this property made it such a pleasant experience. Small grocery store right below us and also cafes right across the street. Sonder was quick to respond with any questions. Access to the property was quick and easy. We used the parking garage right across the street on Gravier st. Highly recommend this property and will use sonder for next stay. Thank you for such a great experience.
