Probably the worst motel we've stayed at in a ling time. The staff was cold, standoffish & not very helpful. The key cards did not work properly even though I had them exchanged. There was barely luke warm water in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was dryed out. I was surprized with a pet fee. The staff not at all sympathetic to the fact that I knew nothing about it. It was simply advertised as pet friendly.
People were coming and going all night - banging doors, etc.

Baffled at finding this green vape or something under the bed sheets as i got in bed. Clearly they dont change the sheets. Very unsanitary. Washroom doesn’t look clean, carpet isnt clean. Shower has barely any water pressure, tap is loose, wifi is super slow, homeless people roaming parking lot making noise. Overall feel of the hotel is horrible. My room was through a hall then a door that says “ fire exit, emergencies only “ , like who would find that !! Cheap furniture falling apart, sarcastic staff, paid just over $200 for one night. Oct 25 2024. I travel so frequently and this was by far the worst hotel. Definitely would like Ramada to do something for me !! This is unacceptable for the price

The room we stayed in needed maintenance. It was very large which was nice and the bed was comfortable. The location was very good. It was close to all the places we needed to go to. And the price was good compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Asked to change rooms after first night as the room was dirty, walls & curtains soiled. Staff were accommodating and were moved to a recently upgraded room although there was no hot water to the bathtub/shower. Bathroom sink had hot, but not tub. Breakfast was sparse and had to ask to have supplies refreshed.

The room was clean; however, I was aghast that the room was near $300 but the bedding consisted of crumpled pillows and sheets that were not properly tucked in. What was most disconcerting was that the outside door and inside fire door were both propped open, which negated any security. There was a distinct whining noise streaming all night, and some neighbouring guests were drunk and loud until 4:45am. The TV was quite small compared to other hotel rooms, and the breakfast consisted of toast and fruit. The landscaping was heavily weeded and full of garbage that had blown in. There was no sense of friendliness or pride in the property. I expected more from a Ramada hotel. My family was just driving east from a late ferry and needed a place to stay. I would recommend spending less and driving to Hope.

Hotel is in poor condition and really old. Beds were comfortable but room outdated and not very clean with dirt behind bathroom door. While price was right will not book here again
