Motel 6 Bozeman, MT

I recently stayed at a Motel 6 and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. While one of the managers was helpful enough to allow us to check in a little early, the hospitality seemed to end there. One evening, I needed to run a quick load of laundry. However, when I approached one of the staff members, he informed me that I wouldn't be allowed to stay ten minutes past the allotted time to ensure my laundry dried. This lack of flexibility was quite disappointing. I decided to try again the next morning as we had an early flight. However, I encountered the same unhelpful attitude. Both attendants seemed more interested in gaming and watching their phones rather than assisting customers. It was frustrating to see them neglecting their responsibilities. On a positive note, one of the female staff members was friendly and helpful. However, I would only consider booking at this Motel 6 again as a last resort. Overall, my experience at this Motel 6 was below par. The lack of assistance with my laundry and the staff's disinterest in providing quality customer service were major letdowns. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

Walls were paper thin. No maid service, large population of homeless in area

This hotel was way over priced for the quality. When we first checked in we got a room that smelled awful, like cat pee. The front desk lady gave us another room and said she would go spray in the room that smelled bad. The rooms are very, very outdated and the mattresses are very cheap. They almost feel like you are sleeping on an air mattress. The hotel is in the middle of a homeless camp. There are homeless people who are obviously on drugs walking everywhere, even in the parking lot and at the front and back entrance. And to top it all off there was a homeless man and woman having sex right outside our window. This hotel turned me away from ever staying in Bozeman again! The homeless camp is literally around 5 hotels. Not a safe place to stay.

It was clean and sufficient for a single night stay.
