The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional when I requested an extra card. She informed me that I shouldn't leave the air conditioning on or it would be deducted from my account, even though I had paid the full room rate and there is no law preventing me from having the air conditioning on while I'm out of the room. Other than that, everything was excellent; the pools are wonderful, the location is close to the beach, services are available, and there is a travel desk at the reception that organizes your tours. The breakfast should have more variety of cheese types.

Our 5th stay here was as good, or better, than the previous 4…great staff, awesone room ( deluxe pool access), amazing breakfast, really well situated to great restaurants and beach. simply put , our luxury home away from home
