JOIVY Splendid 2BR Apt w/ parking&balcony, 10mins to Praça do Comércio

I’d like to start by saying that we are an American family traveling between Spain and Portugal on this trip. That being said, this apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment is conveniently located, and close to restaurants and some of the best shops in Lisbon. However, a major word of advice (warning) for the rental team and future guests, so that you don’t waste 2 hours trying to get into the garage for the apartment. I suggest the rental teams hands the renters a note along with the keys that says: “upon arrival to the garage apartment which is a gray garage door located right next to a bar, please push the top left button on the remote control provided to you. Once the first door opens, drive in to the first garage. The garage door will shut behind you and another will open in front of you. Drive in the the next garage. Insert and turn the key provided to you in to the wall by the elevator buttons (next to red sticker). Once you turn your key, push -1 on the key pad, and you will then be taken to the floor where you will park your car. After parking get back in to the elevator and head back down to ground level and you will enter the apartment just around the corner. It’s a tight space, so it might be easier to unload your car outside before parking your car. Once you park your car then you can make your way to the apartment which is on the 3rd floor. Once exiting the elevator the apartment is to your right as you exit elevator.”
