A little bit over over priced, but we came at a busy time. The pool and pool area was closed for winter, the beds were a bit too firm and we were woken up at 2am by noise in the room next door. They just had the TV on and we're talking, but I guess the walls are not sound proof so I had to put ear plugs in.
The hotel looks nice and the rooms were clean and a good size. The staff were very helpful and so was the shuttle into the city.

Cleanliness is excellent. Staff are polite and helpful. The location is good for travelling around. Shuttle bus available hourly to shopping districts in Tsim Sha Tsui district.

Very comfortable room with reasonable price, great staff from front desk to house keeping. Lots of restaurants nearby, short walk to bus stops that serve lots of routes.

Requested upgrade as soon as I checked in, been advised that I have to wait till the next day.front desk advised the room is ready however when I called again they said it wasn’t.when I went down again they said 19th was ready then told me it was 15th floor.As soon as I entered the upgraded room,I immediately told them that the air con didn’t work.They came to change the switch thinking that was an issue.At night I called again as air con was blowing hot air,they didn’t fix it at all therefore at 4am I was experienced a huge leak from the ceiling and last until 6am.Shower holder was broken,telephone cable was broken.Everyday I have to speak to different staff on matters they promised to remark on my profile yet everyday they would tell me they cannot see anything. I would never return to this hotel.
