A beautiful resort, with wonderful service from the staff, and the villas are exceptional - you can lose yourself in them forever! I'll be back here. The differentiator, in my view, is the amazing service.

I was a relaxing place and all the things even food can order for room service so we not need rush for the time special for breakfast. And the private pool was so amazing. We love this villa so much.

Very clean property!!! The food was excellent. It was nice and quiet and our butler Jay went above and beyond. This is the only Villa I will stay in when I return.

Spent 5 wonderful nights in a 1 bedroom DoublePool Villa and we were simply WOWed! Where to start, our very gracious hosts, Bin (and Yaya on her days off), really made us feel welcomed and at home and nothing was too much trouble. The room has so many great amenities and unexpected treats like ice cream and cones, well stocked toiletries bags, different nightly turn down treats, 2 coffee machines, the list goes on. One very special extra is the sign at the front of our villa, displaying our name, never had that anywhere before.
The pool is huge, the outlook so serene, can't help but relax. Ate 4 nights in 2 restaurants that were open, fabulous food and amazing service. Special thank you to Bee, who looked after us so well and organised a local dining experience for us, complete with complimentary pickup/drop off.
The breakfast buffet is exceptional. So much variety, such good food, kept us going until dinner time!
Everyone we have encountered in this resort is so full of smiles and so helpful, made us feel very special. Hope to return one day, with our daughter!

Nice property and ever trying staff to please.
Room for improvement - language (English) and better training focusing on guest services. This is in a good way as the staff is ever trying to do their best but at times is experience / training. Example - etiquette for fine dining, meaning of surprise dinner/ cake minor stuff.. as whole lovely place.
