The check in process was a little chaotic, but we were prepared for that. The description clearly states that you check in at a different location than the apartment building. Unfortunately Memorial Day weekend had streets blocked and getting around to the correct apartment after checking in was difficult. But that's due to the city closing streets off. The apartment was well sized, clean, and the kitchen was beyond stocked with everything we could need. These are older Miami buildings so there are stairs and not an elevator so be prepared to carry stuff. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location from Lincoln Rd and the beach were perfect. We would rent from them again.

Let me say its the it was the 728 collins avenue apt and rear facing to ocean drive buildings back of the kitchens. Windows face the buildings aside it so no view. Bedroom faces back of restaraunts. From 6 am you will hear dump trucks and yelling no sleep for 4 days.
But one block from the beach that was worth it..
No dosh washer as mentioned. Bathroom bad shape. Floor in kitchen is sinking with huge gap under main door. Sofa bed broken.

The check in/out process was interesting. We basically checked ourselves in/out because no one was in the office even though we arrived during business hours. The place & location made up for it though and we would work with this company again

This was the worst stay I have ever had in my
Entire life I recommend Expedia takes them off their site from not having air conditioning in 90 degree weather to a filthy pull out couch where two guests were supposed to sleep, no linens or towels provided freshly you’re allowed
One cleaning service and there were roaches everywhere!!! Do not stay here!!!!

It was a good price clean place located close to beach and places to eat tv was lacking beds uncomfortable. Table small and too many decorations on dinning room table to use it properly. Hallway smelled terrible. I give it a 6
