I spent an exuberant amount of time looking at properties and reading reviews. I know every positive and negative thing about every property in San Pedro. I am very very happy my husband and I stayed here. I'll list some positives below, I honestly have no negatives and will stay here again.
1) The food is good, really good. We eat at Michelin restaurants, annoy our friends as foodies, and we were very pleased with the food
2) Service is amazing. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we were having an amazing time. From the front desk staff to the golf cart rental staff, to the restaurant staff, they made us feel welcome.
3) Location, this is a big one. The main area of San Pedro is busy, very busy. Lots of people, lots of go cart traffic. This resort is just past the bridge, out of the hustle and bustle up where it is quiet. You do not hear the city, yet you are only a 10-minute drive to the bridge. I would stay here for this reason alone. The food, service, amenities, etc are just the bonus.

Amazing stay! Excellent customer service, very responsive! Only small complaint would be the comfort of our bed but end of day we were exhausted anyways.

Upon arrival at the San Pedro Air Strip, a resort representative will meet guests and send them on the next available shuttle to the resort (surcharge): arrival and departure shuttles leave once per hour. Guests may also choose to take a 25-minute taxi ride (surcharge) from Philip S.W. Goldson International Airport (BZE) to the dock. Upon arrival in San Pedro, guests should ask water taxi personnel to call the resort for transportation (surcharge) to/from San Pedro.
