Charles and Judy were fantastic! This was my first small B&b experience and they absolutely killed it. Beautiful property.

We absolutely loved this property and the couple who ran it. Breakfast was amazing and the atmosphere was so peaceful! Easy travel into Charlottesville from the location. The only downside was that we had poor cell coverage and the wifi was weak in our room.

A hidden gem in the beautiful Piedmont. You won’t be disappointed. We will return for sure!

Just, Charles, and the chef Gale all we’re extremely wonderful during my 1 year anniversary weekend. The decadent breakfasts were absolutely delicious, the rooms were very nice, and the service was extraordinary. We are definitely planning to stay here again!
