negatives: -the room was very dusty. -the condition of the furnishings was not very good. -The hotel is located in the middle of a party street, it is VERY noisy. positives: -the staff was friendly.

It should have been a good hotel at the very beginning since the location is good, room (for 3 people) and bathroom are spacious and the initial interior was good BUT now this hotel requires a major RENOVATION and CLEANING. We gave 100 TL to the cleaning lady to clean the room from the bottom to the top and she only changed the bedding. This lady that works with a man does not use any vacuum cleaner, the dirt on the bathroom walls has been accumulating there for years, the duvet and pillows are yellow and disgusting. I had to buy Lysol spray and wipes to clean the toilet, sink and bath cabin myself, so we can use the bathroom. It is extremely noisy on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff is nice and friendly but the management should definitely change their cleaning staff and do the renovation. My mom has been traveling all over the Turkey for years and she says this is the first time you give extra money to the cleaning lady and she does nothing. Very disappointing. Also, since there are lots of holes in the corners of the walls, we ended up with a bug in our bed.

It is a 3-star hotel, so don't expect a lot of services. the staff is so cooperative specially Edem. location: very good condition of the room good bathroom: spacious room clean: medium bed comfort: good breakfast: good but every day the same overall hotel condition: weak lobby & amenities: weak the area of the hotel is noisy but near istiklal street overall stay: 6/10

Good location around the hotel there are night clubs but if u are tired and you sleep easy its not a problem. Cosy and clean hotel with a little small rooms with small enough beds but its good for its value. Also good and friendly stuff(especially the man in check in). I would stay there again

We had a pleasent stay..we faced air conditioning problem and they tried to fix it, once not done, they moved us to another corner room. Very nice staff, hotel close to everything (taxi, istiklal st., night life, restaurants, etc...) yet, who needs calm enviroment to sleep it is not your place since clubs are all around...
