We loved the private pool that we rent for this week. Nice staff, always helpful. Not so many restaurants nearby. And payment for the shuttlebus.. small gym but it worked for me.

The property was great however there was one challenge. The pool closes at night at 10 , but on all nights except for the first night, there were families with kids in the pool at 12am and one night it was 1am. I was awakened by the playful screams of small children. This was the most uncomfortable experience here. The parents were in the pool with the children because you could see and hear the kids say daddy. The property was amazing for the price which is why I still scored it high.

Great hotel in Phuket a bit away from the crowds. Everything was excellent, only complaint would be the reception was never manned and you had to call/text the receptionist every time you went there for anything. Really recommend the pool access room :)

Location is a bit far from stores and restaurants. You have to take a taxi or shuttle to town. On the flip side, it is nice and quiet. The proximity to Merlin beach is a big plus.
Staff are very friendly. There was a problem with my booking but staff did their utmost to resolve and I was upgraded. I had to switch rooms twice but the room will now have a sea view. Tours were arranged for me which was a big benefit.

A massive disappointment considering cost $$$$$$.
Well appointed 3 bedroom apartment......BUT
1. Both showers fluctuating from high pressure to low pressure and from boiling hot to cold....extremely unsafe especially for children requiring us to bathe them with buckets
2. No internet connection
3. Inadequate ventilation resulting in continuous odours
4. Generally, resort poorly maintained, with pool slide in total disrepair disappointing children.
All requests to rectify problems were unsuccessful and then demanded we pay for accidental breakage of one small glass. Tone deaf and arrogant behaviour!!

This is the first place we stayed at in Phuket and we enjoyed it, we didn’t spend to much time at the resort though. I did find the bed quite uncomfortable and location is a bit far from downtown Phuket but the taxi right in-front if the hotel were very helpful ! Food was good but a little expensive compared to other restaurants!
