The good: the location to the restaurants/shops & and the views are amazing. The staff onsite was great. The apartment is in great condition BUT read below
The bad: (1) There are 3 bedrooms and a living/kitchen. 1 of the bedrooms has no air conditioning at all. The air conditioners in the second bedroom and the living/kitchen did not work. The only AC that worked was in the primary bedroom.
We had rented a 3 bedroom apartment for the sole purpose of our party of 6 (including an elderly grandmother and a young girl) being able to sleep comfortably. All of us were forced to sleep in 1 bedroom.
Why would we have paid for a 3 bedroom apartment if we were all going to sleep in one bedroom?
Why would you not do quality control on this before advertising it as a three bedroom working apartment?
You should not be renting apartments that are not in proper working order. Simple quality check/quality control/assurance is extremely important in this business. This is the most disappointing vacation rental we have ever rented. My family and I rent multiple vacation rentals/year and this has never been an issue. My sons tried to sleep in the living room with the fan on and were sweating all night and were uncomfortable the entire night. No one even those crammed in the 1 bedroom were able to sleep.
2) The front door is not working properly & is unsafe. The door frame has been repaired on multiple occasions & is difficult to open. ongoing investment is important in this business.
