A little issue on check in but that was 100% MY fault. I found all the staff to be polite and professional. Room was good and well maintained. Pool area also well maintained. All in all a nice hotel and if i was ever in that area again wouldn't hesitate to stay.

The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent.
Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! I know not the hotel's thought but I think it needs to be managed better.
half board is OK. Food is average to OK , the staff serving the food really nice, but the guys doing the tables with drinks, clearing etc, very rude, no one welcomes you and gives you a table, but if you sit at a table the guys don't like it, they wave their arms and tell you to move ! even if you have your food in front of you.

The room was very Sound proff even with a lot of noice outside - very very good
Friendly staff - and for kids is a paradise. The entertainment master was great.
The normal buffet is a bit tasteless for me but the Xmas Buffet was amazing.

Good: The pool, with a depth of 1.8 meters, and the strong Wi-Fi connection.
Poor: The centralized air conditioning system is not ideal; it tends to be too hot. The bedding and sheets had a chlorine odor, which permeated the room and combined with the steam to create an unpleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the bathroom had water leakage beside the toilet.
Average: The food and drinks.
