Property description
Kindly note that starting from 15th September 2023, there will be an adjustment to the standard chain cancellation policy for all properties managed by Rotana Hotel Management. This modification will involve a change from the previous policy, which required cancellation by 2pm the day prior to arrival, to a new guideline where policy will be aligned with the local time of the respective hotel, precisely at Cancellation by 23:59hr on 1 day prior to arrival. This amendment will be applicable to all flexible rate/bookings ONLY.
The affected rate plans include, but are not limited to:
• All Flexible Rates.
• Stay and Save offers which has flexible cancellation policies.
Please take note that specific hotels enforce different cancellation policies for festive seasons, events, and trade fair dates.

Please be advised Yas Waterworld will be closing its doors for the remainder of the winter season from 8th of January 2024 to 4th February 2024 to allow for routine maintenance.
