Cancellation/refund requests

Please read the following information before filling the request form.

We are sorry if your plans have been affected due to any Coronavirus-related travel restrictions or limitations.

We recommend that you review the latest policies by your airline before getting in touch with us, as we are currently experiencing a high volume of incoming calls.

If your flight was scheduled for departure within the next 72 hours or less, please fill out the form and we will prioritize your cancellation/refund request.

If your scheduled departure date is after 72 hours or more, please fill the form and rest assured that we will assist you as soon as possible.

If you want to reschedule a flight, please contact us via our call centre.

Terms & Conditions

  • By submitting this form, you give Almosafer permission to cancel and/or refund your booking.
  • Submitting this form doesn’t guarantee a refund.
  • Refunds can only be issued if it is allowed as per the airline’s policy. If the airline’s policy does not allow a full refund, our customer support team will reach out to you and advise you on the next steps.
  • The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the booking.
  • This form is only for cancellation requests and cannot be used for any other requests or general inquiries.
  • Please note that Almosafer cannot be held liable for any policies applied by airlines.
  • If your booking is with the following airlines, your booking amount will be kept with the airline as a credit balance that you can use for future bookings: Air Arabia, Jazeera Airways, Cebu Pacific and flynas.

  • If you are not due to travel within the next 72 hours, please allow us to get back to you closer to your travel date.
  • To help us assist those who are in need of immediate action, please hold off calling customer support so we can help those traveling immediately.
  • Your refund will be processed as per your selected method. Please note that refunds might take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
