  • Travellers should submit a self-declaration form on the New Delhi airport's online portal at least 72 hours before travel or after arrival at the respective health counters.
  • Some states may require travellers to register on special portals or apps.
  • All passengers flying to New Delhi must download the Aarogya Setu app, the app can be downloaded for iOS here and for Android here.
  • Travellers need to present a printed negative RT-PCR certificate of a test taken no more than 72 hours before departure or, in the case of those coming from select countries whose primary vaccine completion certificates are accepted, a certificate stating that they have received the full primary vaccine doses.
