Bastion was wonderful and we were able to check in early. The first young man went above and beyond to help us park the rental car. He actually went with my son to help.

My family and I spent four wonderful days at the Swiss Luxury Apartments in Geneva, and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was incredibly spacious, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. Its location is unbeatable—just a block from the lake and in a walkable area surrounded by great restaurants. For those traveling by car, the parking (available at an extra cost) was super convenient. The property was impeccably maintained, and one standout feature was the complimentary laundry service, which was a fantastic perk during our trip. The service was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall experience. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and will definitely return!

Everything wonderful. Hotel very well located, clean, organized and the people who work there are very friendly, always willing to help and do everything they can to make us feel at home. Chez Bastian was very kind and everyone who helped me was incredible too. The hotel offers many facilities such as washing our clothes free of charge, free mespresso coffee, the entire structure of a flat at our disposal. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Family loved it. Congratulations to everyone involved

BOOK. IT. NOW. Run, don’t walk to this place! We booked our stay not knowing exactly where we were going and we could not have stumbled upon a better place to stay. To start, our airport pick up was prompt, professional, and clean, they accommodated an early arrival, and helped us find food as soon as we got there. Having never been to Geneva, we needed recommendations for dining and things to do outside what we had already booked. The concierge that was working most of the time we were there was Bastien, and he is an absolute gem. His recommendations were on point and never missed. One on occasion, Bastien helped us get set up with a train ride to Brienz. Being from Southern California, we were a bit nervous as public transportation is all but nonexistent where we live. Bastien called us in the middle of the day to make sure we were ok and were going to make it back to Geneva. To top it all off, THEY DO YOUR LAUNDRY. FOR FREE. Yes, you read that right. You’ll have a magic basket in your room that you fill up and they take and return the next day. Each day we also had a new gift in the room, ranging from locally sourced raspberry syrup to dried fruits and sweets. The cherry on this sundae was when our daughter left her sweatshirt in the van that took us back to the airport. They found it and shipped it to us the same day. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone.
