The price was good but then after staying in, I found why. They are upgrading the property and half of the property is under construction. The buffet was lousy not Hilton standard. Management lack co-ordination with cleaning. Barely any guests in the hotel. Air conditioning was good but toilet broke one day. Parking is off property. No shuttle to airport. It seemed safe and quiet area.

I was in town to move my son into his new school so I only stayed 2 nights. The staff was very helpful and friendly every time I approached with a question or request, and I had a few. On my last day before checkout, I dropped an AirPod down the drain in the lobby restroom. I didn’t panic because up until this point, the staff had not disappointed me. Rico, in housekeeping came through in a clutch and unhooked the drain to get my device out. Needless to say, I was beyond grateful for his assistance and great attitude in doing this. I hope management recognizes what a gem he is and all the front desk staff who always had a smile on their face when I approached. Whenever I stay in Phoenix again, I’ll stay here because of my experience. Thank you guys for great customer service!
