1. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm, while check-out starts at 12:00 pm and ends at 2:00 pm.

2. The hotel has the right not to extend guest’s booking for an additional day or days for whatever reason the hotel deems appropriate, such as a new booking made for the same unit in favour of another client. The guest has no right to refuse checking-out if the hotel requested him to do so, and if the guest refused to check-out during the check-out time, he will be liable for any damages incurred by the hotel as a result of that.

3. Guest refusal to check-out: if the guest refused to check-out after the end of check-out time or by maximum 4:00 pm while there is no availability to extend the booking in the hotel, he must pay a maximum amount of 1000 SAR as a fine for refusing to check-out unless the hotel officially approved a late check-out for the client when possible.

4. General terms: the guest who have personal valuable belongings must declare his possession of such belongings and keep them in the safe deposit box, otherwise the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the guest’s personal belongings inside the room.

5. The guest bears the full responsibility for all belongings inside the unit during his stay.

6. The guest must show respect and be responsible for the guests accompanying him.

7. An insurance amount may apply to the rented unit and its amount will be in accordance with what is announced on the booking source. The insurance is refundable after checking out without any delays or damages.

8. The guest is fully responsible for any harms occur to him, any of his family members or companions in the unit as a result of using any of the unit’s facilities, pool or any other part of the unit.

9. In case the client requested to redeem the whole booking amount or part of it for whatever reason, refund requests take from 3 to 10 working days for any payment method: cash, card, transfer or any other method.

• The guest must pay an insurance of 200 SAR upon check-in and will be refunded upon the check-out, after the hotel checks the room.
